Organic Farming Scheme

Teagasc, the Agriculture and Food Development Authority in Ireland, is hosting an online interactive webinar on Wednesday, the 23rd of February at 7.30pm, which will give an insight into what’s involved when applying for the 2022 Organic Farming Scheme.

The reopened Scheme, which is part of the Programme for Government commitment to substantially increase land farmed organically in Ireland, comes with an additional €5m in budget to take in new entrants.

Topics covered on the night will include:

  • Terms and Conditions of the Organic Farming Scheme (OFS) 2022

The scheme is now open for applications and will remain open until the 8th of April 2022.
