Niamh Nolan, Coordinator of the Farmers4Safety – Managing Risk Together EIP-AGRI Project recently spoke to Galway Bay FM about how this innovative, farmer-centred project’s use of a peer-to-peer mentoring approach is helping to change the social norms surrounding farm safety, health and wellbeing within the farming community.
This project was launched by Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Martin Heydon, on the 11th of April 2022 on a participating farm in Kildinan, Co. Cork.
